Rihanna And Chris Brown 'Confirm Duet'

US R&B couple Rihanna and Chris Brown have recorded a duet together, the track's producer has confirmed.

Polow Da Don told CNN that the song was completed after Brown's arrest for allegedly assaulting Rihanna in a suburb of Los Angeles last month.

"My heart goes out to both Chris and Rihanna for what has happened in the past," Da Don said.

"They are both great artists to work with, and I wish them well."

Reports claim the track was originally intended for Rihanna, but Brown, who has been charged with assault, joined the recording process after the alleged incident between the pair.

Brown will find out next month whether he faces jail time.
