Lily Allen To Star On New Kaiser Chiefs AlbumJune 5, 2008
Lily Allen will make a guest appearance on the new Kaiser Chiefs album, it’s been revealed.
Mark Ronson, who is producing both the Kaiser Chiefs and Allen’s new records, said that he brought the two acts together in the studio recently. “It sounds awesome. Lily and Ricky Wilson’s vocals really gel and the instrumentals are top drawer,” he said. Ronson is confident that the album will be a huge hit, revealing that the band are considering making it the first song on the record. “We’re all hoping it’s going to be a big one. I’d definitely rock out to it at a festival. It’s a summer track, even if the weather is shit at the moment,” he told the Sun newspaper. Both Allen’s and the Kaiser Chiefs new albums are expected later this year. (by Jason Gregory) See also: Lily Allen Responds To X Factor Judge Rumours (04.04.2011)
