Lady Gaga's video for her hit single ‘Bad Romance’ has become the most watched clip on YouTube.

The video, directed by I Am Legend’s Francis Lawrence, has amassed over 180 million views in five months.

The figure puts ‘Bad Romance’ narrowly ahead of a viral hit showing a baby biting another child’s finger.

It is the latest achievement for Lady Gaga, whose video for recent single ‘Telephone’ attracted 16million views in just four days in February.

Lady Gaga is currently on the Japanese leg of her Monster Ball tour.
