Madonna’s divorce from film director Guy Ritchie is expected to cost the singer in excess of £20million, according to reports.

The settlement will see the singer pay Ritchie a £20million lump sum, which includes a number of the couple’s properties. MOA source close to the couple, who announced they were to divorce earlier this week, said “negotiations were relatively painless”.

“Guy knew what he wanted and Madonna knew what she was keen to keep,” they added.
