Crystal Castles Postpone London Gig Due To Volcanic AshApril 19, 2010
Crystal Castles have been forced to postpone their gig in London tomorrow (April 20) due to the problems caused by the volcanic eruption in Iceland
Air travel has been disrupted since last Thursday as a result of the ash cloud triggered by the volcano, which is blanketing much of Europe. Crystal Castles had been due to perform at Heaven on Tuesday but have been unable to travel from America. The gig will now take place on May 19. All tickets for the postponed date will remain valid. Crystal Castles are due to release their self-titled second album on June 7. The volcanic ash cloud has already caused significant disruption to bands, with The Cribs forced to cancel their appearance at Coachella in Los Angeles at the weekend.
