Radiohead Studio Albums Released On Apple's iTunes Music StoreJune 3, 2008
Radiohead’s seven studio albums are now all available to download from Apple’s iTunes music store for the first time.
Until today (June 3rd), the band were one of the few remaining British acts whose songs hadn’t been licensed to the digital store. The deal, authorised by the group’s former record label, EMI, means that fans can now download the albums as individual songs or a complete of work. The albums join the group’s latest record, ‘In Rainbows’, which was made available on iTunes in January. The agreement means that songs by The Beatles are the only tracks yet to be licensed Apple’s store, although it’s understood that a deal is expected shortly. Songs by every individual member of The Beatles are already available on iTunes. (by Jason Gregory) See also: Radiohead Record Store Day Release Leaks Online (14.04.2011)
