The Rapture will release a new mix album next month based on the New York underground scene.
'Tapes', which is released on October 20th, features tracks by Thomas Bangalter, Alter Ego and Armand Van Helden.
The album is the band's first mix compilation.
At present, it's not clear when the group plan to release a studio follow-up to 2006's 'Pieces Of People We Love'.
