My Chemical Romance will release a live DVD and CD package next month entitled The Black Parade Is Dead!
The DVD comprises of footage from the bands shows in Mexico City and New Jersey last October. A limited edition of the DVD will come in a pinewood coffin box that will be accompanied by a hand-painted Day of the Dead mask designed by the group’s members. Each limited edition DVD will be be certified with a Death Certificate of Authenticity. Mikey Way, the band’s bassist, told billboard that the DVD captured two of the “most memorable” shows from their Black Parade world tour. “The kids at the Mexico City show actually overpowered the PA, and their voices were deafening,” he said. "The Maxwell's show was complete pandemonium, and the video captures the feeling of and old school MCR show, the way it was way back when."
