Stones Roses 'To Reunite After Ian Brown And John Squire Resolve Feud'April 7, 2011
The Stones Roses are on course to reunite after band mates Ian Brown and John Squire resolved their long-running feud, it's been reported.
The pair are understood to have started speaking again after they met at former band mate Mani's mother's funeral last month. A reunion is now scheduled to take place later this year, according to The Sun. "It was an emotional reunion. There were no harsh words. It was a heartwarming breaking of bread," a source said. "They had a lot to catch up on and have been in regular contact since." Stone Roses released two studio albums but dissolved six months after Squire left the band in 1996. Brown has since launched a solo career, while Mani performs with Primal Scream. (by Jason Gregory) See also: Clint Boon Confirms Stone Roses Reunion (07.04.2011)
