John & Edward Team Up With Vanilla Ice For Debut Single

Jedward are to record their debut single with washed-up rapper Vanilla Ice, their manager Louis Walsh has confirmed.

Walsh says the X Factor twins - full name John and Edward Grimes - are “beyond excited” about working with the 42-year-old American - real name Robert Van Winkle - on a 2010 remake of 'Ice Ice Baby'.

He beamed to The Sun: "They are beyond excited about working with Vanilla Ice - I've never seen them so excited."

Jedward performed a mash-up of Queen's 'Under Pressure' and Vanilla Ice's 'Ice Ice Baby' during an X Factor live show last year.
