Vanilla Ice has praised X Factor twins John and Edward Grimes after performing with them at the National Television Awards in London last night. Jedward are to record their debut single with washed-up rapper Vanilla Ice, their manager Louis Walsh has confirmed. Walsh says the X Factor twins - full name John and Edward Grimes - are “beyond excited” about working with the 42-year-old American - real name Robert Van Winkle - on a 2010 remake of 'Ice Ice Baby'.  Read more 

Vanilla Ice has been arrested in America in connection with an allegation that he beat his wife. It’s reported that Ice’s wife, Laura Van Winkle, called police in Florida claiming that the former pop star was kicking and hitting her at their Palm Beach County home.  Read more
