Adele Regains Number One UK Album Spot With '21'April 24, 2011
Adele has returned to the top of the UK album chart with her second album '21'.
The singer climbed one place ahead of last week's number one 'Wasting Light' by Foo Fighters, which dropped to number two. It means '21' has now spent 12 weeks at the top of the chart, 11 of which were consecutively, according to the Official Charts Company. Meanwhile, in the singles chart, LMFAO's Lauren Bennet-featuring single 'Party Rock Anthem' remained at number one. Wretch 32 was a new entry at number two 'Unorthodox' featuring Example. Lady Gaga's recent single 'Judas' was the only new entry, climbing from number fourteen up to number nine. (by Jason Gregory) See also: Adele: I Love Prince William And Kate Middleton (28.04.2011)
