Jay-Z Mocks Beyonce During New York Show

May 6, 2008
Jay-Z Mocks Beyonce During New York ShowUS rapper Jay-Z was joined by his wife, Beyonce Knowles, during a sold out show in New York last Friday (May 2nd).

The concert at Madison Square Garden formed part of the rapper’s co-headlining tour with R&B singer Mary J. Blige.

Knowles appeared during a section of the show where the rapper becomes a DJ and plays samples of his classic hits.

After playing ‘Money Ain’t A Thang’ and ‘Hard Knock Life’, the rapper cut short Knowles’s hit song ‘Crazy in Love’, saying: “Fuck that... no disrespect.”

Knowles then stormed onto the stage and performed her infamous dance to the song. She then left to a rapturous response, according to MTV.

Jay-Z married Knowles in a private ceremony in New York last month, officially confirming their long-term relationship for the first time.
