Coldplay are set to headline the Heineken Open'er Festival next year, it has been announced.

The band will celebrate the festival's 10th anniversary by playing in Poland for the first time.

The festival, set to take place from June 30 – July, and is one of the most popular in Europe.

"Coldplay are so talented and always searching for new ways of expression, they give great live performances and they are finally coming to Poland to meet their dedicated fans and cause a rush of blood to the head!” festival organisers said.
