The album, set for official release December 14, has appeared on a number of illegal websites.

"This is not on. We want to remind music fans that downloading these songs from these sites is illegal," the label told the Daily Record.

Adding: "Do not become one of those fans who steal or even browses these websites before deciding whether to purchase."

The ten-track album includes collaborations with 50 Cent and Akon, Lenny Kravtiz and Dave Grohl.

Meanwhile, Take That and Michael Jackson are set to do battle in the race to top this year's Christmas album chart.
