Katy Perry: Grammy Awards 2011 Nominations 'Amazing'Katy Perry has said it is an “amazing honour” to be nominated for next year's Grammy Awards.

The singer is in contention for four awards, including Album Of The Year for her recent hit 'Teenage Dream'.

In a message on Twitter, Perry wrote: "It's an AMAZING honour to be nominated & recognized by my other hard working peers tonight.

"So happy that I trusted my gut w/ this record & thank u to all the AMAZING #TEAMKATY people I've been blessed to surround myself with... couldn't do it w/out u. It takes a village!"

Perry's other nominations include Best Pop Collaboration for the Snoop Dogg-featuring 'California Gurls'. Best Female Pop Vocal for the single 'Teenage Dream' and Best Pop Vocal Album.

Eminem leads the nominations with ten, while Jay-Z and Lady Gaga both picked up six nods.

The 53rd annual Grammy Awards are set to take place in Los Angeles on February 13 2011.
