Cheryl Cole has gone straight in at number one on the UK album chart with ‘Messy Little Raindrops’.
The X Factor judge and Girls Aloud singer’s second LP follows the similar success of her 2009 debut ‘3 Words’. Bon Jovi entered at number two with their greatest hits, while Rumer’s debut ‘Seasons Of My Soul’ went straight in at number three. Rod Stewart was a new entry at number five with ‘Fly Me To The Moon’ and Jamiroquai’s ‘Rock Dust Light Star’ charted at number seven. In the singles countdown, Rihanna’s ‘Only Girl (In The World)’ climbed to number one from last week’s number two, according to the Official Charts Company. Alexis Jordan debuted at number three with ‘Happiness’, while The Saturdays' single ‘Higher’, which stars Flo Rida, climbed to number ten.
