Eight waxworks of Lady Gaga are set to be unveiled at different locations around the world.

The sculptures will each boast a different outfit worn by the star, who has developed a reputation for her eye-catching style.

They include the dress Lady Gaga wore to the Brit Awards in London earlier this year. The designs will go on display next month.

"She is the perfect subject for the biggest figure launch in Madame Tussauds' history," a spokeswoman for Madame Tussauds said, adding that each sculpture was “classic Gaga”.

Meanwhile, a spokesperson for Lady Gaga has confirmed that the star used her recent visit to London to work on her new album at Abbey Road.
