Amy Winehouse has been hospitalised following a heavy drinking session at the weekend, it’s been reported.

The singer, who is believed to have split from boyfriend Blake Fielder-Civil, was apparently taken to The London Clinic in Mayfair after falling unwell.

It is thought to be Winehouse’s fourth visit to the clinic in six months. She was last admitted in April.

"She's there because she had a load to drink and was really unwell afterwards,” a source told The Sun.

“Not just sick, really poorly. But as she really likes it in there, she was happy to go in for a few days.”

Winehouse has recently been recording her third studio album with producer Mark Ronson.
