Michael Jackson Fans Decorate Walk Of Fame Star

Fans of Michael Jackson have laid tributes on the stars Hollywood Walk of Fame.

The simple tribute includes a mixtures of candles and flowers accompanied with messages to the singer.

Jackson died a year ago today (June 25) following an overdose of a powerful anaesthetic at his home in Los Angeles. He was 50.

Memorials are planned across the globe today, including at Jackson's final resting place at Forest Lawn cemetery in Los Angeles.

Meanwhile, stars including Christina Aguilera and LL Cool J have been sharing their thoughts about the King of Pop.

The rapper said he had fond memories of meeting Jackson, and being told by the singer to “never limit yourself”.
