Arctic Monkeys' Alex Turner Announces Solo EP 'Submarine' TracklistingFebruary 7, 2011
Arctic Monkeys frontman Alex Turner has announced the tracklisting for his debut solo EP.
'Submarine', released on March 14, and accompanies the forthcoming British film of the same name, directed by Richard Ayoade. Produced by James Ford of Simian Mobile Disco, the album is mainly acoustic guitar and piano based. Submarine has been adapted from the novel by Joe Dunthorne and is released in cinemas on March 18. It tells tells the story of a 15-year-old boy who wants to lose his virginity before his next birthday and stop his mother from leaving his father for her dance teacher.
