Happy Mondays star Shaun Ryder has said he would like to take Keith Richards into the jungle if he returned to I’m A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here.

Ryder, who featured on the recent series of the reality show, said the Rolling Stones guitarist would be top of a list of his dream contestants.

He also told The Sun that actor Danny Dyer “would be a good laugh”, before naming a series of dead celebrities and sports stars.

“We could go dig up George Best and Alex Higgins as well. Paula Yates too, she'd be fun. And Maggie Thatcher,” he said.

“We had some great conversations about her in the jungle."

"I would also love to take Timmy Mallett with me and make sure he never came back out again. He'd be buried where no one could find him."

Ryder came second on I’m A Celebrity to former X Factor contestant Stacey Solomon.
