X Factor Finalists And Take That Storm UK ChartsNovember 28, 2010
The X Factor finalists have gone straight in at number one on the UK singles chart with their charity single 'Heroes'.
The track, a cover version of the David Bowie classic, features all 16 of this year's finalists, and pushed JLS off the top spot. Rihanna had two entries in this week's chart with 'Only Girl (In The World)' slipping to number five and new sngle 'What's My Name' featuring Drake entered the chart at number ten. Elsewhere, Ellie Goulding climbed one spot to number two with 'Your Song', while Olly Murs scored his second UK top 10 with 'Thinking Of Me'. In the album chart, Take That's 'Progress' held the top spot for the second week running, selling more than 580,000 copies.
