Kanye West made a surprise appearance alongside 30 Seconds To Mars at the MTV Europe Music Awards (EMAs) in Madrid tonight (November 7).

The rapper joined the Jared Leto-fronted rock band for a special version of their song ‘Hurricane’.

Leto thanked West for flying in from America to perform with the group, before the rapper launched into a shortened rendition of his recent single ‘Power’.

30 Seconds To Mars the continued their outdoor show at Puerta de Alcala.

This year’s EMAs also featured performances from Shakira, Dizzee Rascal, Rihanna and Bon Jovi.
