Muse Set To Kick Off Wembley Stadium GigsSeptember 10, 2010
Muse will begin their two-night residency at Wembley Stadium in London later today (September 10).
The band will be supported on the opening night by Lily Allen, The Big Pink and White Rabbits. Andy Burrow's I Am Arrows, White Lies and Biffy Clyro will open for the band at the second gig on Saturday (September 11). The concerts will mark the second time in three years that the Devon three-piece have performed at the home of English football. The brief run of UK shows have also seen the band perform a huge concert at Lancashire County Cricket Club in Manchester. But earlier this week Muse frontman Matt Bellamy hinted that the group could downscale their future shows. "I feel like we can't go much bigger in terms of the kinds of concerts we're playing," he told Time Out. Bellamy added that he was currently writing more personal music “that's more suitable for smaller venues”. Muse at Wembley Stadium 2010 - stage times: September 10:
