Smashing Pumkins' Billy Corgan has revealed that the band's bass player is one of the girls on the cover of their ‘Siamese Dream’ album. Nicole Fiorentino, who joined the band last year, was around thirteen when she appeared on the band's 1991 album cover. 
The Gaslight Anthem, Ocean Colour Scene and Example are among the acts set to play at the new Guernsey festival. The event, which takes place on the isle of Guernsey from July 2-3, will also feature performances from The Go! Team and Zero One Zero. 
DJ Shadow will join Friendly Fires and Warpaint at this year's Great Escape festival, it's been announced. The event, in Brighton from May 12-14, will also feature performances from Brother, Tribes and Villagers. 
Shaun Ryder has postponed the rest of his UK tour due to unforeseen circumstances. The former Happy Mondays frontman was set to play a total of ten shows throughout the UK in February.
