Trent Reznor won Best Original Score for The Social Network at the Golden Globes in Los Angeles last night (January 16). The film, which recalls the founding of Facebook, dominated the ceremony, taking home four awards, including Best Dramatic Picture. 
Bruno Mars has revealed that he is considering moving to the UK after topping the singles chart with new track 'Grenade'. The US star's single went straight in at number one at the weekend, shifting 149,834 copies. 
Singer and actress Zoey Deschanel is among the musicians who have paid tribute to Trish Keenan, who died last week. The Broadcast singer died in hospital from complications with pneumonia on Friday (January 14). She was 42. 
Arcade Fire and Cee Lo Green have been added to the line-up of performers at this year's BRIT Awards in London. Mumford & Sons and Adele will also join previously announced acts Take That, Plan B and Tinie Tempah at the ceremony at London's O2 Arena on February 15. 
Kings Of Leon have rescheduled a gig at the O2 Arena in London that was cancelled due to a fire. The band were due to play the venue on December 21, but a fire on a tour bus meant there was insufficient time to prepare the arena. 
Kasabian frontman Tom Meighan is set to play a wannabe seventies wrestler in a new TV sitcom. The singer is due to film his cameo in Walk Like A Panther in Leeds over the coming weeks. 
Bookmakers have received a flurry of bets on Laura Marling to win Best British Female at the BRIT Awards next month. The singer's odd have been cut from 5/2 to 7/4 to take the prize behind last year's Critic' Choice winner Ellie Goulding. 
Motorhead and Mastodon have been added to the line-up for this year's Sonisphere festival in Knebworth. Other new additions to the bill at the event, which runs from July 8-10, include In Flames and Parkway Drive. 
Beach House have been added to the line-up for the Animal Collective-curated ATP Festival in Minehead later this year. Other new additions to the bill include Highlife, Ear Pwr, Floating Points and Mick Barr. 
Eminem has signed Yelawolf to his record label Shady Records, it has been announced. Yelawolf, who used to be homeless, is currently putting this final touches to his debut album, due out in the spring. 
50 Cent has spoken about Jay-Z and Kanye West's forthcoming join album, 'Watch The Throne'. The record, which is the rapper's first full collaborative LP, is understood to be due for release in March. 
Diddy has made an apparent move into stand-up comedy after appearing at a comedy night in New York. The rapper made a guest appearance during comedian Chris Gethard's performance at Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre last week. 
Peter, Bjorn And John have announced details of their new album, 'Gimme Some'. The band's follow-up to 2009's 'Living Thing' will be released on March 28.
