Jay-Z And Eminem Announce Huge Hometown Baseball GigsMay 13, 2010
Jay-Z and Eminem have announced details of two huge hometown shows later this summer.
Eminem will top the bill at Comerica Park in Detroit on September 2, while Jay-Z is set to headline the Yankee Stadium in New York on September 13. Both concerts will coincide with baseball games in each respective stadium. "This is a once-in-a-lifetime set of shows and I know we're both really going to bring it to our hometowns," Eminem said. "The fans are going to love this and so am I. It's gonna be historic." Jay-Z described the gigs, which will both be produced by Live Nation, as a “dream come true”.
