Robbie Williams To Become X Factor Judge?December 17, 2008
Robbie Williams could be on the verge of making a sensational comeback as a judge on The X Factor, according to reports.
The former Take That star is apparently being lined up to replace Dannii Minogue, who has allegedly fallen out with fellow judge Louis Walsh. Simon Cowell is said to be “determined” to try and to secure his “dream line-up”, which would see Williams join Cowell, Walsh and Cheryl Cole on the judging panel. “Getting Robbie would also be an amazing coup – he’s a megastar,” a source told the Daily Star newspaper. Minogue is said to have fallen out with Walsh after he accused her of stealing one of his song choices during the most recent series of the talent contest. A spokesperson for The X Factor said: "No decisions have been made about contracts and no decisions will be made until next year. It's all speculation." As previously reported, Londoner Alexandra Burke was crowned 2008 X Factor champion last weekend. She is guaranteed to top the UK charts this weekend with a cover of Leonard Cohen's 'Hallelujah'.
