The Wombats are an indie rock band from Liverpool, England comprising two native Liverpudlians: Matthew Murphy, provider of vocals, guitar, nose-harp and keyboards; drummer/vocalist Dan Haggis and bass player/vocalist Tord Øverland-Knudsen, a Norwegian who has made his home in the city.
