The Streets Ready To Start Work On Last Ever Album

The Streets' frontman Mike Skinner has revealed that the collective are ready to begin work on their last album.

In a message on the band's website, Skinner said he was just awaiting delivery of a custom-made mixing board.

"I've got four songs. Not sure whether they're up to album standard so instead of the usual process of total A&R confusion I will post some on tinterweb at random,” he wrote.

In reference to the cover of the band's latest album 'Everything Is Borrowed', Skinner added: "And when The Streets lighter turns blue next year we're on the last album."

The band's fourth album was released in September this year.
