Keith Richards Announces Plans For Rolling Stones Tour and New AlbumNovember 4, 2010
The Rolling Stones are set to hit the road again and begin working on new material in 2011.
Speaking to BBC 6 music, Keith Richards said: "Everybody's ready to go out there again, who said it should stop, and who said when?" The Stones' last world tour made them an estimated £344 million, despite postponing a number of dates due to ill health. Richards, who under went brain surgery during their 2006 Bigger Bang tour, is currently promoting his new autobiography 'Life'. Hinting at the possibility of a new album release: "After these many years working together, we have a lot of unfinished stuff to work on that we had to leave off the last album."
