The Damned Things is a heavy metal supergroup consisting of Anthrax members Scott Ian and Rob Caggiano, with Keith Buckley and Josh Newton of Every Time I Die and Joe Trohman and Andy Hurley of Fall Out Boy. The band's name is inspired by the lyrics in Ram Jam's '70s version of "Black Betty".
