Stella McCartney: 'I'm Not Designing Shoe Range With Morrissey'

Fashion designer Stella McCartney has denied reports she is to collaborate with Morrissey on a leather-free footwear range.

Last month, the daughter of former Beatle Sir Paul was quoted as saying her project with the vegetarian singer was in the early stages but could arrive next year.

However, an update on her Facebook page said: “Stella is a fan of Morrissey but those rumours of a collaboration for a shoe line are simply not true.”

Stella, 38, has previously designed clothes for Madonna and Annie Lennox.
