Mystery Jets Play Huge Homecoming Gig In LondonNovember 15, 2010
Mystery Jets were welcomed back with open arms by fans, as the band played a long overdue homecoming gig in London last Thursday (November 11).
The London five-piece delighted fans as they played a high-energy set of old classics and new material at the Roundhouse. Performing in their home town as part of their current UK tour, the band opened their set with new single 'Serotonin'. Lead singer Blaine Harrison immersed the crowd in his enticing vocals on 'Young Love' and 'Dreaming' Their 80-minute set included some of the band's most loved songs 'Two Doors Down', 'Half In Love With Elizabeth' and 'Young Love'. Rejoining the stage for their final encore, Mystery Jets gave a magnetic performance of 'Flakes'. The gig marks an end to a triumphant comeback tour for the band, who will return to the city next month.
