David Lynch Launches Electronic Music Career

Filmmaker David Lynch has announced plans to launch an electronic music career.

Lynch, whose films include Twin Peaks and The Elephant Man, will release an album in January 2011.

It will includes s host of remixes and special packaging designed by visual artist Vaughan Oliver, who has previously worked with Pixies and Cocteau Twins.

The double a-side single, ‘Good Day Today’ and ‘I Know’, are available now from the iTunes music store.

Lynch's musical production will all be released via Radio 1 DJ and Bestial promoter Rob Da Bank's record label, Sunday Best Recordings.
