Amy Winehouse's Husband Tells Her to Leave London

Amy Winehouse's husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, wants to move to the country with the singer when he is freed from prison, according to her father, Mitch.

Mr Winehouse said Fielder-Civil, who is currently serving a 27 month sentence from assault and perverting the course of justice, wants them to escape the temptation of drugs.

"Blake totally gets it. He said to me, 'We can't carry on living in London. We need to move out to the country',” Mr Winehouse told the Mirror.

"If they do they could have the most fantastic life together, with the full blessing of my family. Whatever happens, we won't be where we are now in two years' time."

Fielder-Civil was jailed along with three other men last week. All were sentenced on charges relating to an attack on a pub landlord, which Winehouse's husband was part of.

As previously reported, Winehouse's manager revealed yesterday that many of the singer's problems stemmed from her inability to except her fame.
