Adele Set To Deny Elbow, R.E.M Number One UK AlbumsMarch 9, 2011
Adele is one course to retain her dominance of the UK album and singles charts.
Midweek chart figures place her second album '21' at number one, ahead of Elbow's latest effort 'Build a Rocket Boys!' at number two. R.E.M's new album 'Collapse Into Now' is set to debut inside the top-5, while Noah And The Whale's 'Last Night On Earth' is currently at number six. In the singles chart, Adele is expected to remain at number one with 'Someone Like You', according to the Official Charts Company. Jessie J's 'Price Tag' featuring B.o.B and Rihanna's 'S&M' are both unchanged from last week at number two and three respectively.
