Former Beatles drummer Ringo Starr has announced details of a UK tour with his All Starr Band.

The musician will perform music-spanning his career at six dates, kicking off at the Hampton Court Palace festival in London on June 17.

Other gigs are scheduled for Liverpool's Empire on June 18, Birmingham Symphony Hall (20) and Clyde Auditorium on June 23.

The tour concludes at the BIC in Bournemouth on June 24.

Tickets – priced £60.00 – go on sale on Friday (March 4) at 9am.
