Ne-Yo has rescheduled three dates on his forthcoming UK tour due to album commitments.

The dates affected – Glasgow on February 22, Liverpool (23) and Newcastle on March 3 – will now take place this autumn. The new dates have yet to be confirmed.

“With work on his fifth studio album going so well the American singer songwriter could not interrupt the creative process,” promoter AEG Live said.

Ne-Yo's dates in Manchester on February 25, London (26/27) and Birmingham on March 2 will still take place as planned.

• London, 02 Arena – 26/27
• Birmingham, NIA – March 2
