James Blunt will headline this year’s Guilfest festival, it’s been announced today.

The singer will top the bill on the final night of the event, which runs from July 15-17.

This year’s family festival will feature seven stages of live music, hosting over 200 acts.

Festival-goers will also be able to take advantage of a comedy zone, street theatre and food and drink stalls.

In recent years, the festival has seen performances from the likes of The Human League, N-Dubz and Hadouken!.
