Robbie Williams: I No Longer Have Ambition To Be Pop Star

October 13, 2010
Robbie Williams: I No Longer Have Ambition To Be Pop StarRobbie Williams has said he no longer has the ambition to be a pop star, despite his recent reunion with Take That.

The singer said he would likely cut down his time in the public eye.

“There is no… There’s no real burning or drive or ambition,” Williams told Popjustice. “You know, I’ll probably be a leap year artist from now on.”

Williams said earlier this week that he had no plans to cut short his reunion with Take That.

Meanwhile, the singer’s greatest hit collection ‘In And Out Of Consciousness – The Greatest Hits 1990 – 2010' was released this week.

The singer’s duet with Gary Barlow, ‘Shame’, entered at number two on the UK singles chart last weekend.
