The record, entitled 'Only Revolutions', was recorded in Los Angeles alongside producer Garth Richardson.

It will be preceded by the single 'The Captain' on October 26.

As previously reported, Biffy Clyro embark on a nationwide UK tour in November, beginning in Dundee.
