Jennifer Hudson To Perform At Grammy AwardsJanuary 19, 2009
Jennifer Hudson will perform at the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles on February 8th, just four months after the murder of three members of her family.
The singer, who is also due to appear at the Super Bowl, is nominated for four awards at the ceremony. Hudson has not performed live since her mother, brother and nephew were killed at their home in Chicago last October. Hudson's brother-in-law, William Balfour, has been charged with their murders. The Grammy Awards will also feature performances from Lil' Wayne and Coldplay. As previously reported, Hudson is due to sing the American national anthem at the Super Bowl on February 1st, while Bruce Springsteen will play the half-time show.
