New Jimi Hendrix Retrospective To Be Released In October

A career-spanning collection of Jimi Hendrix songs are set to feature on a new retrospective album.

The four CD box set, 'West Coast Seattle Boy: The Jimi Hendrix Anthology', is released on October 18.

The package will include previously unreleased Jimi Hendrix Experience recordings, as well as demos and alternate takes.

It will also include a new Hendrix TV documentary directed by Bob Smeaton, who also helmed Beatles Anthology.

The documentary will be shown on UK TV in October.

The 'West Coast Seattle Boy: The Jimi Hendrix Anthology ' tracklisting is due to be announced in the coming weeks.
