Mike Skinner: Ending The Streets Was Like Dumping A Girlfriend

February 1, 2011
Mike Skinner: Ending The Streets Was Like Dumping A GirlfriendMike Skinner has revealed that ending The Streets was like breaking up with a girlfriend.

New album 'Computers And Blues', set for release February 7, will be the band's fifth and final effort.

"You think: ‘I really miss her and want to get back together.’ But eventually you realise the reasons you ended it are stronger than the feelings of missing her," Skinner told the Daily Star.

He added: "To stay fierce I’ll have to throw the last 10 years of my life in the bin and start again.”
