The Enemy Cause Chaos At Instore Appearance In CoventryMarch 19, 2008
The Enemy performed a rapturous homecoming gig in Coventry on Monday (March 17th) at the city’s HMV store.
The instore appearance, which included a signing session to coincide with the release of their new single, ‘This Song Is About You’, was swamped by fans. People began queuing for the band’s appearance at 7.30am on Monday morning and all 250 wristbands were handed out within an hour. As previously reported, the trio will return to Coventry again next month to perform two nights at the Ricoh Arena, which is home to Coventry City Football club. The concerts will be preceded by a six-night residency at the Astoria in London. (by Jason Gregory) See also: The Enemy To Play Hogmanay Street Party In Edinburgh (11.11.2009)
