Guy Garvey Unveils 'Minimal' Sound For Elbow New AlbumJanuary 12, 2011
Elbow's new album is set to have a "minimal" sound, it has been revealed.
'Build A Rocket Boys', the follow-up to their 2008 Mercury Prize-winning album 'The Seldom Seen Kid', will be released on March 7. The new album is said to have a "minimal" and "natural sound". "We were determined not to use anything that would date, in terms of effects and stuff,” frontman Guy Garvey told The Fly. Elbow are due to embark on a UK arena tour in the New Year.
