Paul McCartney Pays Tribute To John LennonDecember 10, 2010
Paul McCartney made a tribute to former Beatles bandmate John Lennon, last night.
The singer appeared on the Late Night With Jimmy Fallon on Thursaday (November 9) performing 'Here Today' for Lennon. "This is like a song that's a conversation we never had," McCartney said beforehand. He added: "I always say to people, 'If you love someone, tell them now,' because there may come a point when it's too late and you think 'I wish you said that.'" Millions of Beatles fans around the world marked the 30th anniversary of John Lennon's death on Wednesday (November 8).
