Sonisphere Festival Confirms Three Exclusive BandsThe Sonisphere Festival line-up has expanded once again, boasting three exclusive performances.

Heaven & HellRonnie James Dio, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Vinny Appice – have confirmed that Sonisphere will be their only UK festival appearance of 2009.

On top of this, Coheed & Cambria will play their only British show this year at the rock extravaganza, while The Used have been drafted in for a UK festival exclusive.

Also newly announced for the Bohemia Area are Fucked Up, The Ataris, Hundred Reasons and Zebrahead.

Headlined by Metallica and Linkin Park, Sonisphere takes place at Knebworth House on August 1st – 2nd.
